Looking to get licensed and join the Chapa Realty team?
Here's what you'll need to get started!
1. Complete the 48-hour salesperson pre-examination course.2. Complete a 24-hour course titled “The Missouri Real Estate Practice Course” (MREP) before making application for a salesperson license.
3. Pass the final exam. You will need to pass both the State and National portions of the exam with a 75% on State and 70% on National as passing grades.
4. Once you've passed the final exam, you will be able to apply for your real estate Salesperson license.
Note: You must apply for your license within 6 months of completing the 48-hour pre-examination course! You can complete both courses online or in a classroom. The final exam will be taken at an approved location.
Once you receive your license, you will need a Broker to hold the license and a team to support you throughout your journey as a Realtor. That's where we come in! We'll help you get signed up with the local Realtor board, obtain your supra e-key for access to show listed homes to your buyers, and show you the ropes of Real Estate!
